Laura and Nick held their wedding last Friday and despite a rainy day forecast it was incredibly hot and the sunshine stayed with us all day. We started in the morning with the girls at The George Hotel in Stamford, a beautiful oasis and somewhere I'd love to return to. A campervan by Pear Tree Weddings was on hand to take the bridesmaids and Laura's mum to the church, followed by Laura in an impeccable cream vintage Beauford. Laura looked like a true princess and so very elegant in her Pronovias dress and a string of pearls. After their ceremony, we threw an epic amount of confetti before photographs around the church and the newlyweds shared a toast of Veuve! We then joined all the guests at The Falcon Inn at Fotheringhay for a garden party reception, with guests escaping the heat after dinner for the speeches outside. Before we left, I asked Laura and Nick for some final photographs and I'm so pleased I did - the early evening sunlight is magical. Here are some favourite highlights from their big day.
