Cassie & Laurence Engagement Photoshoot
I was photographing Cassie and Laurence's engagement photoshoot this weekend. They're getting married this coming March at Woodborough Hall. It's great for brides and grooms-to-be to get a feel for having their photo taken before the big day comes around. We were lucky to have the clouds clear a little and the winter sunshine come out, so despite the cold weather we created some wonderfully warm photographs. Cassie & Laurence brought their Jack Russell Ben, who was full of beans and really wanted to explore but he agreed to join in with some of the photos!

Bridal Photoshoot
We were in the studio recently working with some talented local wedding suppliers and showcasing the gorgeous dresses and accessories of The White Room in Southwell. Our very graceful models looked the epitome of elegance in a range of gowns, hair accessories and veils, including floaty empire-line chiffon dresses and stunning retro puffball short wedding dress by Justin Alexander. Please contact Sam Snow at the White Room if you'd like further information on any of the items. MAC-Pro makeup artist, Susan Smith at Pretty Flamingo, made-up the girls with airbrush makeup, featuring two different looks for a wedding. Paul Frith was on hand to create bridal hairstyles, including elegant side-dos and a funky plait.
Our thanks to the following creative team:
Models: Charlie & Mia
Makeup: Susan at Pretty Flamingo
Hair: Paul Frith
Dresses, veils and hair accessories: The White Room
Photography and flowers: Mirror Imaging Photography

Carly & Stefan's Wedding Album
Carly & Stefan's beautiful Queensberry album and matching mini parent albums arrived the other day. They chose a stunning duo design, with a microleather cover in 'Lipstick' to match their very pretty pink wedding theme. Before I handed it over to them, I photographed the pages and details. Click here to see the highlights from their big day.
Sally & Craig's Wedding
On Sunday 23rd January Sally and Craig were married in a late afternoon ceremony at Woodborough Hall, watched by family and friends looking very glamorous in black tie. I was only with them for three hours, enough to capture their ceremony in the Orangery and their loved ones. Our 'Kiss The Bride Package' is perfect if you're getting married off season and, like Sally & Craig, you want beautiful photographs without a full day's coverage. It was a very cold and overcast day, but we stole them away for some photographs after the ceremony and made sure Sally had her stunning dress photographed on Woodborough Hall's stairway.
